7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return.
If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted unless the product is defective under warranty.
Conditions for Return
Products must meet these conditions to be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned.
- Opened cables or adapters without a manufacturing defect
- Consumable accessories that have been used
- Products with removed or damaged serial number stickers
- Software or downloadable digital products
- Items purchased as final sale or clearance

How and when you receive your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (please provide account details when contacting us).

Exchange Process
Swap for a different product or variant.
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If you received the wrong item or a product arrived with a defect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
- We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement within 2–3 business days
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the exact product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
