Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Counted from the date your order was delivered

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted unless the product is defective under warranty.

Conditions for Return

Products must meet these conditions to be eligible.

Unused and in original condition
Original packaging, all accessories included
Invoice/receipt present
Product is defective or damaged on arrival
Product shows signs of use or wear
Original packaging is missing or damaged by buyer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned.

  • Opened cables or adapters without a manufacturing defect
  • Consumable accessories that have been used
  • Products with removed or damaged serial number stickers
  • Software or downloadable digital products
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return.

Contact Us Within 7 Days
Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 business day.

Ship the Product Back
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided. Include the RA number on the parcel.

Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the product (1–2 business days), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Process

How and when you receive your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (please provide account details when contacting us).

Exchange Process

Swap for a different product or variant.

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If you received the wrong item or a product arrived with a defect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement within 2–3 business days
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the exact product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
