Every UNITEK product is built to last. We stand behind our products with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty.

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Included with every UNITEK product sold by UNITEK Pakistan

All UNITEK products purchased from our official store come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.

Keep your invoice or receipt — it is required to validate your warranty claim.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Electrical component malfunctions
  • Connector or port failures not caused by misuse
  • Display or indicator light failures
Not Covered
  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, bent pins)
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use or incompatible devices
  • Lost or stolen products

How to Claim Warranty

Follow these steps to submit a warranty claim.

Verify Your Purchase
Locate your original invoice or receipt. The purchase date must be within the 2-year warranty period.

Describe the Issue
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a short video.

Submit a Warranty Claim
Complete our online warranty claim form for a formal record of your claim.

Assessment & Resolution
Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Warranty Verification

Keep your proof of purchase safe.

Your warranty is tied to your purchase invoice. Always keep a copy of your invoice or receipt — digital or physical — as it is required to validate any warranty claim.

  • Warranty is non-transferable — it applies to the original purchaser only
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers may not qualify
  • Warranty void if product serial number is tampered with or removed
