These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of UNITEK Pakistan, an authorized distributor of UNITEK products operating under the laws of Pakistan.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, or packaging.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

Order confirmation is sent via email or SMS. Receipt of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; orders are accepted upon dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where stock is unavailable. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled order that was prepaid.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. UNITEK Pakistan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeframes specified in our Return Policy.

UNITEK products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the terms and limitations described in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase. UNITEK Pakistan acts as the authorized service agent for warranty claims within Pakistan.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of UNITEK Pakistan or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from UNITEK Pakistan.

UNITEK® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Its use on this site is with authorization for the purpose of distributing UNITEK products in Pakistan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNITEK Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account, delivery delays by courier companies, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraudulent orders, placing orders with false information, attempting to disrupt the website's functionality, and scraping or harvesting data without permission.
